It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Ruth of Fenelton, Pennsylvania, born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Arthur and Ruby Claire Boarts (Bowser). She is survived by : her husband Dale Ruth; her brother Bob Boarts (Jackie); her children, Carrie Knepshield, Vicki Bigley (Gary), Brenda Hilliard, Kelly Kane (Michael) and Bill Emminger (Rae Ann); her stepsons, Kirk Ruth (Ashley) and Kevin Ruth (Rebecca); and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

The family would be grateful for donations made to Christians United for Israel, as Elaine had such a heart for God's people.
