He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. "Jay" McElhaney and Sarah J. McElhaney (Livingston); and his brother Duane McElhaney. He is survived by: his wife Connie Y. McElhaney (McPherson); his children, Don C. "Budd" McElhaney, Jr. (Louella), Ralph McElhaney of Fenelton, PA, Peggy Kollister (Sis) of Houston, TX and Sue Christy (Buzz) of Fenelton, PA; his grandchildren, Travis McElhaney (Kelly), Stephanie McElhaney, Cory Kollister (Jenn), Clint Kollister, Brittany Morrow, Taylor Green-Griffith (Ben), Elizabeth Downey (Greg), Eric Christy (Kiley) and Eli Christy (Sarah); and his siblings, Pete McElhaney (Kerry) of Butler, PA, Joyce Munsey (Jack) of Melvin Village, N. H., Sally Stern (Bob) of Hummelstown, PA, Anne Schaffner of Houston, TX and Mary Hughes of Concord, MA.
