She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Holochuk and Gladys McCleary Holochuk. She is survived by: her close friend Sloan Hanson; her pets, Sutter and Stella; her children, Jennifer Vlaminck (Joseph Novak) of Farmington, MN, John-Adam Day of Raymond, MN and Isaac Lalim (Timothy Bishop) of Creekside, PA; her adoptive daughter Amanda (Day); her grandchildren, Emily, Elijah Vlaminck, Zachary, Logan, Lana, Orion and Day; and her siblings, Sandy Kilgore (Bob) of Grove City, PA and Keith "Butch" Holochuk. She is also survived by two nephews and a, niece; and many loved grand fur babies.
