He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Keilholtz and Gertrude E. Keilholtz (Bucheimer); and his brother LeRoy G. Keilholtz (Zelda). He is survived by: his wife Joyce C. Keilholtz (Saffran) of Felton; his daughter Carol J. MacLaren (Robert) of Lexington Park, MD; his grandchildren, Heather C. and Colin R. MacLaren; and his nephew William L. Keilholtz (Pat).
