He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Y. Heffner (Moser); and his brothers, Mervin John Heffner and Palmer Heffner. He is survived by: his sons, R. Todd (Nancy Heffner) of Felton and Terry E. Heffner (Rick Hoy) of Baltimore, MD; and his siblings, Denton (Sylvia Heffner) of Red Lion, Lavere Bruce (Bernita Heffner) of Red Lion, Delores (Marvin Parlett) of Red Lion and Linda (John Joines) of Stewartstown.
