He is survived by: his spouse Nellie M. Windon (Jourdan); his parent India Windon (Mitchell); his son George E. Windon, Jr.; his wife Paula Woods of Dover; his grandchildren, Cindy Marie Windon, Haley Elizabeth Windon, Odin Matthew Woods and Mya Elizabeth Woods; his brothers, John Windon of Red Lion and Larry Windon (Linda) of Marion, SC.; and also Charles D. Woods (Sherrie) of Felton.
