She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Melton; and her brothers, Ronnie Lehr and Carl "Butch". She is survived by: her children, James W. Melton, Jr. (Veronica) of Portsmouth, VA and Pamela Ann Ruppert (Kenneth, Jr.) of Coudersport, PA; and her brothers, Melvin Lehr of East Berlin, Gary Lehr of East Berlin and Terry Lehr of Shiloh.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 224 St. Charles Way, York, PA 17403.
