He is survived by: his children, Matthew J. Hayden (Diane) of Holland, Kerri A. (Hayden) and Falco (Michael) of Honesdale; and his grandchildren, Shannon Loretta, Logan Joseph, Cooper Joseph and Michael Dominic.
