He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Lazinski and Genevieve Lazinski; his wife Joanne Lazinski; and his granddaughter Rachel Kohler. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan E. Medina (Richard) and Beth Ann Kohler (Lisa); and his grandson Zachary Medina.
