He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Packer and Florence Packer; his son Barry Bornstein; his grandchildren, Donald W. Packer III and Ivy Hayes; and his wife Renee.
He is survived by: his children, Donna (Charles), Donald W. Packer Jr. (Patricia Helmes) and Sheryl Mininger; his grandchildren, Dana Marie Packer, Charles E Rimby IV, Alysha Rimby, Jason (Kate Mininger) and Neil Mininger; his great grandchildren, Levi Hickman, Thomas West, Hayden Packer, Matthew Packer, Nicholas West, Maggie, Sophie Mininger, Joseph, Leland Hayes and Josh (Kristi Bornstein); his children, Jameson, Jill and Matt Perazzelli; and his grandchildren, Emma Lynn and Alessandra.
