He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eisaman and Hazel Eisaman; and his siblings, Edwin Eisaman, William Eisaman and Annalee Daniels.

He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Eisaman; his children, Pamela Whitfield, Todd and Angela; his grandchildren, Gary Whitfield, Deanna Kelbaugh and Collin Wevodau; and his siblings, Betty Hess, Donald Eisaman and Robert Eisaman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Judes Children's Hospital.
