She was predeceased by: her parents, Baynard H. Easter and Mary M. Easter (Plummer); her husband Eugene Frazier; and her sister Baynard Ruppert. She is survived by: her children, Brian E. Frazier of Jessup, MD and Lisa F. Johnson (Steve) of Keedysville, MD; and her grandchildren, Zach Johnson and Sarah Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
