(Foster); his child Ryan E. Harbaugh (Crystal) of South Mountain, PA.; his grandchildren, Jamae, J'Leeon, Kristyn, Austin, Hunter and Kelsey; his nephew Henry; his grandchildren, Aaliyah and Boston; and his niece Amber.
A Celebration of Roger's life will be on June 28, 1:00pm at Saint Thomas Sportsman's Association, 595 Apple Way, St. Thomas, PA pending Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
