He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bulger (Nolf); his children, Louann Ridings (John) and Robbie Bulger (Laura); and his siblings, Terry (Jake), Richard (Dick), Dale Bulger (Susan) of Chambersburg, PA., Shirley Ann Wright (David) of Chambersburg, PA. and Pamela Laye (Jesse) of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 13 step great-grandchildren.
