He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Clarence and Elsie F. Shives Blair; and his wife Connie E. Blair. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Ann Houser (John) of Greencastle, Durinda K. Stouffer (Mark) of Newville, PA and Krista J. Boschert of Greencastle; his grandchildren, Keri Houser of Aaron, Dalton Stouffer (Stephanie), Olivia Stouffer, Christopher Boschert (Brittany), Kathryn "Kate" McCulloch (Levi), Bethany, Hope and Hannah Boschert; his great grandchildren, Kaeden, Jace, Aiden, Isabella and Leo; and his siblings, John, Irvin Blair and Janet Taylor.
