He is survived by: his wife Anne Hefner (Baldwin); his children, Ken J. Hefner (Dawn) of Kansas City, MO, Karen Hefner of Atlanta, GA, Dennis K. Hefner (Elizabeth) of Owensville, KY and Thomas K. Hefner (Julie) of Portland, OR; and his sister Carolyn A. Conway of Parkville, MD. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
