He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn G. Bell and Lillian Bell (Essick); and his siblings, Gloria Frederick and Terry Bell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stevens Bell; his sons, Allen Bell (Julie) of New Market, VA and Bruce Bell (Beth) of Downington, PA; his granddaughters, Lauren Ann Bell and Addison Eileen Bell; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Bell. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
