It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle VanScyoc of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle L. VanScyoc and Hazel M. VanScyoc (Keefer); his son Frederick K. VanScyoc; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his children, Chet VanScyoc (Terrie) of Jackson, CA and Vickie VanScyoc (Mark Light) of Chico, CA; and his close friend Sharon Mayer of Chambersburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
