With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melanie Ruth Scalese of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jesse H. Wyant. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Scalese, Jr. (Jay); her daughter Kristianne K. Buker (Derek); her granddaughter Sharon Buker (Rose) of Emmitsburg, MD; her son Joseph J.; her grandsons, Matthew Scalese of College Park and Andrew Scalese of Boonsboro, MD; her sister Suzanne M. Suffecool (Butch) of Fayetteville, PA; her nieces, Jennifer Brambir (Bill) of Hagerstown, MD and Karin Shadoan (John) of Greencastle, PA; her great-nephews, Ryan, Blake and Brenden Shadoan; and her great-niece Ellen Brambir.
