He is survived by: his parents, Clement L. Runyon, Jr. and Dale W. Horner Runyon; his wife Stacy R. King Runyon; his stepdaughter Jessica Shoemaker (Nathan) of Chambersburg; and his siblings, Matt Runyon (Barb) of Fayetteville, Michele Hawbaker (Mike) of Shade Gap, PA and Chad Runyon of Fayetteville. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to support the Spinal Cord Injury Support Group at Hershey Medical Center.
