He was predeceased by: his parents, James David Monn and Arvilla M. Monn (Rock); his son Zachary E. Monn; and his siblings, Terry, Mike Monn, Marlene Powell and Dorrine Fickes.
He is survived by: his wife Marcey M. Monn (Frey); his children, Tyler E. Monn and Michelle Platzner; and his siblings, John D. Monn (Peggy), Erma Stahl (Jim), Mary Lou Rock (Joe), Alice Addlesberger (Jerry) and Beverly Webster (Frank). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
