Cook Jr. (Danelle Burkett); her grandchildren, Karin Thomas (Ethan), Shanna, Kylie and Cole Cook; her great grandchildren, Libby and Reese Thomas; and her siblings, Louise Keefer, Robert Knotts, Brenda Hernandez and Kimberly Helman.
