He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Albert and Marion J. Welsh (Spears); and his wife Nancy Jane Welsh. He is survived by: his girlfriend Belinda McKnight; his children, Crystal A. Wardlaw and Jeremiah T. Welsh; and his siblings, Pamela Devotie and Lloyd Willard Welsh, Sr.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
