She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne B. Rowe and Gladys P. Swope Rowe; her husband William O. Wishard; her daughter Lesa A. Wishard Sowers; her son-in-law Robert Sowers; and her sister Joretta Wile.
She is survived by: her son William H. Wishard (Vicki) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Amber Wishard and Tucker Perry (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Aria Perry; and her brothers, Glenn E. Rowe (Betty) and Wayne J. Rowe.
