He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Morris Horn and Hazel Wadel (Appel). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Horn; his daughters, Angela Horn (Rob Olyphant) and Karen Luzier (Craig); his granddaughter Addison Luzier; and his stepbrother Glenn Wadel.
