He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Stevens and Louella Hoffman Stevens; his wife Mary Louise Cromwell Stevens; his son-in-law Jeffrey Ulrich; his son Charles A. Stevens; and his siblings, Nathan Stevens, Martha Stevens, Althea Brown, Evelyn Quinn and LaVerne Brown.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Ulrich (Artie); his grandchildren, April Fickes (Randy) and Cody Ulrich (Ariel); and his great grandchild Corbin Jeffrey Fickes of Fayetteville.
