He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Knight Mackey Sr.; his wife Linda Wolf Mackey; his children, Jennifer Robinson (Robert) of Beaver Falls, Wesley Starkey (Kathleen) of New Castle and Aaron Starkey (Lisa) of Valencia; his grandchildren, Alexis Horne, Sierra Horne and Wyatt Starkey; his parent John Sr. of Fayetteville, N. C.; his brothers, Kevin Dean Mackey and Mark Edward Mackey (Sheila); his nephew Justin Mackey; and his niece Kiersten Mackey.
