He is survived by: his parents, John Sr. and Elizabeth Knight Mackey, Sr.; his wife Linda Wolf Mackey; his children, Jennifer Robinson (Robert) of Beaver Falls, Wesley Starkey (Kathleen) of New Castle and Aaron Starkey (Lisa) of Valencia; his grandchildren, Alexis Horne, Sierra Horne and Wyatt Starkey; his brothers, Kevin Dean Mackey and Mark Edward Mackey (Shiela); his nephew Justin Mackey; and his niece Kiersten Mackey.
