He is survived by: his stepchildren, John Lloyd Stegner II (Pam) of Hudson, Steve Patrick Stegner (Diane Lynn) of Bristow, VA, Deborah Ann Skillman (Richard) of Manassas, VA and Donna Catherine O'Donnell (Joseph) of Gainesville, VA; his son John Joseph Novosel (Joann) of Ewa Beach; and his stepdaughter Mary Elizabeth Hoover (Tracy) of Manassas, VA.. He is also survived by seven children.
