He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Bilger and Catherine E. Bilger (Goloff); his wives, Monica and Melanie; and his brother Robert J. Bilger.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Robinson (Karen) of South Carolina, Adam Mayberry (Kat) of Florida, Marsha Grimm (Stacey) of Hershey, Allen Sydow of St Thomas, Karen Graham (Douglas) of Fayetteville, Christopher Sydow (Colleen) of North Carolina, Christina Bilger of Waynesboro, Donna Bilger of Shippensburg and John J. Bilger, Jr. of Shippensburg; and his siblings, Joe Bilger (Sherrie), William Bilger, Kathleen E. Diehl and Madeline C. McBeth (Ronald). He is also survived by thirty grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
