He is survived by: his wife Ruth May Cook; and his children, Diane L Rohrbaugh (Roy), Debra K Haller (Richard), Denise J Clever (Gene), Jack E Cook, Desree M Heinbaugh (Greg) and Edward J Cook. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 37 great grandchild, 22 great great grandchild, numerous nieces/nephews, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
