Voss Jr. of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2024 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman K. Voss, Sr. and Fleda Bakner (Baker). He is survived by: his wife Constance I. Voss (Barnes); his sons, Todd Voss of Fairfield, PA, Herman K. Voss, III of Hanover, PA and Steve Voss of Hanover, PA; his stepchildren, Douglas Baker, Daryl Baker and Sherry Voss-Bonner; his granddaughters, Justice and Amanda; and his sister Judy Brown of South Mountain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
