He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant C. Marks, Sr. and Edna Marks (Ross); his siblings, Serena Malinowski, Iona Baker, Peggy Naugle and Kimber Marks; and his stepsisters, Peggy Etter and Patsy Neil.
He is survived by: his stepmother Marie Marks; his siblings, Audrey P. Watson (Larry) of Shippensburg and Grant C. Marks, Jr. (Sue) of West Virginia; and his stepsisters, Doris Stum, Carol Carson and Gloria Proctor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
