He was predeceased by: his parent Gordon J. Howell; his son Aaron Howell; and his sisters, Joan McCleary and Jean Watts. He is survived by: his parent Kathleen Howell (Carbaugh); his spouse Katy E. Howell (Grove); his grandchildren, Lisa Wagaman of Lindsay, OK, Jesse Pogue of MacClenny, FL and Angela Gurekovich of Waynesboro; and also Larry D. Howell of Waynesboro. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; his twin brother.
