He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy I. Staley and Dorothy C. Staley (Barnes); and his brother Jim Staley. He is survived by: his wife Lula May Staley (Misner); and his sons, Jeffrey D. Staley of Roxbury, PA and Michael T. Staley of Carlisle, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
