She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Neil, and Edith A. Devor Neil, Sr.; her son Terry L. Stevens; her granddaughter Renee Kay Mowery-Avara; her siblings, Leo, Howard Jr., Andrew, Amos, Chester Neil, Rebecca Brechbeil and Nancy Johnson; and the father of her children Dean A. Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa A. Mowery (Robert B.) of Newburg, Tamie S. Leininger (Craig) of Shippensburg and Tanya J. Varner of Greencastle; her grandchildren, Leslie Baker (Jonathan), Mindy Rydbom (Lance), Ryan Mowery, Aaron Leininger (Leigha), Isaiah Leininger and Nicole Allen (Robert); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Jocelyn, Grayson Baker, Lane, Lawson, Lillian Rydbom, Gabriel, Uriah Leininger and Alexander Allen; and her sisters, Susanna Melius (Donald) of Greencastle, Annabelle McCleaf (Elvin) of Shippensburg and Lulabelle Shearer (George) of East Waterford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc. (112 W King St, Shippensburg, PA 17257). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
