He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Mouer and Mary Catherine Mouer (Snider); and his wife MaryAnn Mouer (Joseph). He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Douglas Schauss), David (Christine), Paul (Maureen) and Daniel (Jenni). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
