He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Miller and Zella Miller (Martin); his son Dane Michael Cook; and his sister Barbara Ann Martin. He is survived by: his wife Bessie Perry; his children, Eddie L. Miller, Jr. of Shippensburg, PA and Grant A. Miller of Fayetteville, PA; and his siblings, Diana J. Powell of Shippensburg, Connie M. Mong of Waynesboro, Tex E. Miller of South Mountain, Dennis L. Miller of South Mountain and Ronald W. Miller of Chambersburg, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren.
