She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Roy" Dishong and Florence Dishong (Weyant); her husband Earl D. Hoffman; and her siblings, Dorothy Barton, Martin Dishong, Lillian Clark Layton, Cecilia "Todd" Clark and Hazel Dishong.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Miller (Dale) of Dillsburg, Kimberly Rosbaugh (Scott) of Etters and Michelle Otto (Jeffrey) of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Kyle Miller (Amanda) of Ephrata, Kayla Baker (William "Buddy") of Dillsburg, Derek Shade of Harrisburg, Sydney Shade of Wheaton, MD, Ethan Rosbaugh of Etters and Jeremy Otto of Chambersburg; her great grandchildren, Levi and Chloe Miller; and her siblings, Shirley Steele (John) of New Enterprise and Richard Dishong (Joan) of Breezewood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
