He is survived by: his wife Beverly Chamberlin Cooper; his stepchildren, Beth Hoch (Richard), Pamela Radcliffe (Daniel), Daniel Snoke (Martha) of Catonsville, MD and David Snoke (Tracey) of Chambersburg; and his siblings, Harry Cooper, Sr., David Cooper, Wesley Cooper (Sandy), Dean Cooper, Linda Cooper and Winifred Crist. He is also survived by six step grandchildren; one step great grandchild.
