He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Bakner and F. Marie Bakner (Bachtell). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Bakner (Thorpe); his children, David Bakner, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV, JoAnn Donivan of Falling Waters, WV and Chantelle Huffer of Hagerstown, MD; his stepchildren, Miranda Fogle of Mont Alto, Cassandra Fogle of Quincy, PA, Isaac Fogle of Dansville, PA, Megan DeWalt of Fayetteville and Jacob Fogle of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Sean, Taylor, Natalie, Skylar, Christopher and Emma.
