David R. Carbaugh Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2022, at the age of 77, David R. Carbaugh of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Carbaugh and Mary Jane Carbaugh; his son Douglas C. Carbaugh; and his siblings, Edna Evetts, Frank, Harry, Paul and Kenny Carbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Crusey Carbaugh; his children, Tracy McIntosh (Bob), Wanda Reichard (Jeff) and Andy Yocum (Tammy); his grandchildren, Dustin Carbaugh (Kandi), Kira Reichard, Tandra Yocum, April Yocum, Brandon Yocum (Jennifer), Mark Yocum, Devin Ambrose, Britton Ambrose and Casey Ambrose; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kasey, Kenzee and Jaelin Carbaugh; his great great grandchildren, Carson Carbaugh and Wyatt Buselli; and his siblings, Earlene Short, Gene Carbaugh (Carol), Harold Carbaugh (Donna), Guy Carbaugh (Dorothy) and Richard Carbaugh (Debbie).
