He is survived by: his wife Donna Bricker Simpson; his children, Tracy E. Rutz (Rob) of Mechanicsburg and David C. Simpson, Jr. (Misty Pensinger) of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Whitney Rutz, Braquel Rutz and Tanner Rutz; his stepchildren, Angela Freeman and Brian Wagaman of South Mountain; his stepgrandchildren, Allen Freeman, Heather Freeman and Samantha Freeman; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Reagan, Marley, Jameson and Octavia.
