He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence M. Giffin, Sr. and Mary Ellen Wood Giffin; and his former wife Julia Ann Gentholtz Giffin. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Giffin; his sons, David Giffin (Soledad) of Chile, Douglas Giffin (Kim) and James Giffin (Sandi); and his stepchildren, Sherry Kistuline (Len), Don Tencati, Jr. (Carol) and Donna Molyneux (Glenn). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
