Walter, Jr. (Vivian Hess) of Upper Strasburg; his grandchildren, Ashlin, Wayne, Ella and Emory; his great grandchild Theodore; and his siblings, Margie Kendall, Ann Walter, Melvin "Buzzy" Walter III (Tammy Forrester) and Sandra "Putsy" Smith.
