She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude J. Byers, Sr. and Ethel P. Byers (Martin); and her sister Linda Byers. She is survived by: her husband Steven W. Rexrode; her children, Stacy Blizzard (Bob) of Waynesboro and Richard Rexrode (Diane) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Benjamin Blizzard, Colby Blizzard, Sierra Smith and Shelby Rexrode; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Carter, Kaylee, Bella, Markel, Ella-Mae, Abi, Colton and Annebelle; and her siblings, Claude Byers, Jr. of Waynesboro, Ronald Byers of Mont Alto, PA, Gloria Carbaugh of Waynesboro, Jean Umbrel of Abbottstown, PA and Dorine Spangler of Hagerstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
