She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dominiak and Frances Burgundy Doniniak; her husband John; and her siblings, Mary Dominiak and Joseph Dominiak.
She is survived by: her children, Maryellen Gumro (Larry) of Chalk Hill, John of Belle Vernon and Ramona Russo of West Mifflin; her sister Frances Dzara of Peryopolis; and her grandchildren, Erika Pesarsick (Jeff), Jason Povlish (Stacy), Heidi Coccari and Caitlin Russo. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
