He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cramer and Evelyn Cramer (Todd); his wife Wilma Cramer (Shipley); his son Michael I. Cramer; and his sisters, Suzanna Raymond, Thelma Haight, Connie Tanguay and Gail Privette.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas R. Cramer (Mary) of Fayette City, David O. Cramer (Laurie) of Belle Vernon and Linda S. Sharpe (Brian) of The Woodlands; his siblings, Thomas Cramer (Sherry) of Fallowfield Twp, Barbara Waggoner (Ace) of Riverside and June Yevincy of Monongahela; and his grandsons, Thomas Cramer, Jason Cramer, Mason Sharpe, Jonas Cramer and Noah Cramer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
