She was predeceased by: her husband George Allen Farquhar Sr.; and her boyfriend Jack Vargo. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law Walt Sinsley of Belle Vernon; her son George Farquhar (Danielle Pugliesi) of Fayette City; her grandchildren, Chelsea Sinsley, Meagan Hara and Alisa Sinsley; her great grandchildren, Alexis Tkach and Lyle Hara; and her siblings, Johnny Joe Yusko of Fairhope, Charles Yusko of Fairhope, Priscilla Byzon of Hermanie, Joyce Lahti of Fairhope, Lindy Sapanara of Connellsville and Patricia Jakela of Monessen.
