He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Zeletski and Lucille Benney Zeletski; his son Steven Zeletski; and his brother Robert Zeletski. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Tuscano Zeletski; his daughters, Lori Matthews (John) of Greentree, Jaime Jurofcik of New Eagle, Devon, Abbigail and Rebecca Zeletski; his siblings, Kaye Ott (John) of Pittsburgh, Jane Hazen (Ray) of Monongahela, Gina Hirth (Chuck) of Harmony and Michael Zeletski of Bridgeville; and his sister-in-law Leslie Zeletski of Munhall. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
